Where are we located?
We are located inside halo [FOR MEN] at 21 W. Elm Street, Chicago, IL 60610. View fabrics and sample clothing anytime. Custom clothing consultations and measurement taking is available by appointment only. Request an appointment online or call 312-895-1577.
How long does it take to make the clothing?
Generally our custom clothing takes four to six weeks to be delivered. If you need your clothing two to four weeks we can usually arrange expedited service for an additional fee.
Are alterations included in the price?
We will make any necessary alterations after your initial fitting at no extra charge.
Do you have a referral program or are there any discounts offered?
Yes. Existing customers that refer someone who purchases a suit will receive $99 (a free shirt!) off their next purchase.
Do we make custom women's clothing?
No, however, Anna Fong in Chicago (www.anna-fong.com) makes beautiful custom women's clothing and has even made dresses that have appeared on Hollywood red carpets!
